Mandamus in the district court for Hennepin county upon the relation of Charles A. Sawyer directed to the city of Minneapolis, the members of its civil service commission, John F. Bonner as city attorney, and Carsten L. Jacobson, to compel the certification and appointment of relator to the position of first assistant city attorney. Upon hearing before Albert H. Enersen, judge of the ninth judicial district acting for the judges of the fourth judicial district, there were findings for relator and an order for the issuance of a peremptory writ.
