On December 6, 1928, the securities commission, department of commerce, state of Minnesota, issued an order for the registration of certain securities for ""Canam Metals, Limited, and Stobie-Forlong-Matthews, Inc."" On April 3, 1929, at the sole request of Stobie-Forlong-Matthews, Inc. and without any notice whatever to Canam Metals, Limited, the securities commission issued an order providing for the cancellation of the registration. Canam Metals, Limited, brings certiorari to review the order for cancellation. Held that the order was improper and ineffective.
